Marco Gentili

Having sold our café in September 2017 for more than the price we were after we would highly recommend Marco Gentili who acted as our agent. We found Marco to be honest, reliable, efficient and professional throughout the whole experience. Marco worked as per our requests which included showing the café to prospective buyers as early as 6:00am on a Sunday morning and as late as 9:00pm during weekdays. He very effectively managed all stakeholders involved including solicitors, the landlord, potential buyers, the ultimate purchaser and even ourselves as the vendors as we admittedly were not easy to deal with at times. He made the sales process a very simple and fluid process. He handled all potential buyers and we did not have to screen or evaluate any expressions of interest. In the end he was able to achieve a price for us beyond what we originally asked for. We look forward to working with Marco again in the future when we look to buy and or sell our next business or businesses.
